Before you start

The Industry Associate programme is recruited to and delivered by Further Education providers using a shared programme structure and set of core materials. This supports a consistent, high-quality introduction for Industry Associates across participating providers, while still allowing delivery to be appropriately contextualised to local settings and needs.

This page brings together resources to support providers as they plan and prepare for delivery. The materials draw on learning from the pilot programme, engagement with FE providers, and the development of the programme. They are intended to help providers think through recruitment, delivery models and appropriate contextualisation before getting underway.
