Session Twelve
Reflections, next steps and evaluation
This final session brings the programme together by giving Industry Associates time to reflect on their learning, review how their confidence and understanding have developed, and identify next steps on their Industry Associate journey. Industry Associates consider the practical techniques they have built into their toolkit, how their industry expertise can support students’ learning, and how they may continue developing their role in FE. This session also provides space for evaluation and feedback on the programme.
Industry Associates will:
- Reflect on their journey through the Industry Associate programme.
- Review the practical teaching and learning techniques introduced across the sessions.
- Consider how their industry expertise can continue to support students’ learning.
- Identify next steps for their own development and contribution to FE.
- Complete programme evaluation activities.
