Firstly Nigel introduces approaches including board selection and membership, steering groups and future forecasting initiatives.
The second clip features the Head of Department (Mark), who introduces the employer engagement approach adopted at both strategic and implementation levels.
In addition Mark discusses how quickly the curriculum offer may be adapted.
